Hello! My name's Chara Levine, and I'm a Game Designer and I specialize in both system design, boss/enemy design, as well as sound design. I pride myself in being a team player, working in a interdisciplinary setting to find creative ways to create and bring games to life in terms of gameplay and audio. Nest Quest is a 3D platformer that I worked on as part of Game Studio 2 in Champlain College. I worked as the Sound Designer for the project, creating a seven-song soundtrack and creating and programming sound effects.
Rock, Paper, Upgrade! is a rogue-like take on Rock Paper Scissors that I worked on for Game Systems and Experience Design at Champlain College. I worked as the sole developer, designing, creating documents, programming and implementing all systems for the game.
Hook & Sinker is a 2.5D Bullethell Boss Rush platformer that I worked on for Capstone at Champlain College. I worked as a Systems & Sound designer for the project, composing a three-song soundtrack, creating and programming sound effects, and designing the boss's moveset as well as other minor gameplay elements.
